Pcos dating site
It has been postive to hear everyone elses stories especially about becoming pg with PCO/S - thanks for sharing !
I was diagnosed with PCO about 11 years ago, but about 14 years ago I was put on Clomid to regulate my cycle so I could get pregnant.
I recently had ovary drilling via Lap so am hoping this will help me ovulate better on the Clomid. ***************pg/children mentioned*******************i was diagnosed with PCOS in September 2003.
My DD was conceived on Clomid, but as for the PP, its not working this time around. (at that initial scan i had a few dozen follicles on each ovary, so very similar to you).
I am really glad to hear about all the successful PCO pregnancies though.
'It was like trying to fell a tree in a forest.'She initially had no idea what was causing the hair growth until she was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome - a condition that can cause hirsutism, as well as irregular periods, weight gain and difficulties conceiving - in 2000 when she sought medical help after struggling to get pregnant.
which explained a lot of things We also found out that the one tube I had left was completely blocked and the only way I could get pregnant would be by IVF.
Sadly IVF never worked for us We are now currently in the process of doing an Inter Country adoption from China - although we still have a very long way to go.
The hair growth associated with PCOS is caused by an excess of testosterone - and the condition can be treated with hormone therapy.
But women who want to get pregnant cannot be treated with testosterone, making it very difficult for them to keep it under control.)I also have a sister with PCOS who now thanks to Clomid has 2 DD's and conceived them quite easily. I came off the BCP in Nov 05 and didn't get AF back until April 06.
